02. How can I benefit from the 3 different partnership levels?

Premier Partners work in concert with Amadeus to deliver innovative applications and services that bring exceptional value to our travel agency customers. Premier Partner solutions are highly integrated into Amadeus’ distribution technology portfolio and are usually distributed directly by Amadeus. The seamless connectivity of Premier Partners solutions with Amadeus will help you enjoy a hassle-free experience enabling you to keep the focus on your customers.

 

The Select Partner membership level welcomes solution providers who choose to grow their business with Amadeus and contribute to enhancing Amadeus’ offer to travel agencies. Our mutual commitments and joint commercial agreements allow us to develop unrivalled value propositions to our customers.

If our Select or Premier partners have preferential conditions to offer Amadeus travel agencies, those conditions will be published through the Amadeus Partner Network website.

 

The Partner membership is the entry level into Amadeus Partner Network. It is accessible to technology companies that leverage Amadeus’ programming interfaces and actively sell their solutions to Amadeus’ travel agency customers.

All 3rd party providers joining Amadeus Partner Network, guarantee that their solutions are offered to our TA customers at the same or better price than to travel agents working in a different GDS.

03. Are solutions that I can access through the Amadeus Partner Network dependent on my geographic location?

 
 
A

Yes, they are. In order to better serve our customers, we try to fill the gap that sometimes exists in our services and solutions where needed. We want to make sure that in those locations where our reach is more limited, we have a suitable partner that offers you the right solution for your business and a perfect integration into our system.

It is also in the hands of our partners and their geographical reach in which areas they offer their solutions.

04. Do I get any special conditions for working with the solution providers part of the Amadeus Partner Network?

Our partners will make public through this website those solutions that are subject to discounts or for which they offer preferential conditions to Amadeus customers. It’s a prerogative of the partners though, to offer such deals.

 
 

2. Working with our partners

01. How do I get in touch with a partner?

 
 
A

It’s very easy. Once you have found the solution you are interested in through our Solution Finder (in the central area of the homepage or in the right hand side column in the rest of the pages of this website), you will see a “Contact Partner” button in the solution description area. You only need to click on this button and fill in the contact form that will appear. You can write your own message to the partner you are contacting with or simply accept the suggestion that appears in the form by default.

Our partner will get back to you directly and will answer any questions you may have on their solution.

02. If I’m already working with one of your partners – what implications does the Amadeus Partner Network have in my existing relationship with this 3rd party provider?

Congratulations then! – Working with one of our partners will always ensure seamless integration with Amadeus. You will immediately benefit from the updates and upgrades we do in our system, as the integration with your partner’s solution will enable any type of enhancement to have immediate effect for your business.

 
Q

03. I’m working with an IT provider who is not part of the Amadeus Partner Network, but I would like them to be part of it – what should I do?

 
 
A

Please ask you IT provider to apply to the programme through the form available under the Partner Area of the portal. If they meet the minimum requirements, we’ll be happy to welcome them to Amadeus Partner Network.

 
 

3. Support

01. I have a need in my business that is not covered by any of the solutions of the Amadeus Partner Network directory – what should I do?

 
 
A

Have you taken a look at the Amadeus solutions portfolio? – The Amadeus Partner Network will give you access to solutions that complement Amadeus’ offer. If you don’t find the solution you need in this directory, we might be able to help you directly with one of our products. Please do not hesitate to share your needs with us. You can contact us via your Amadeus Local Office or through the “Contact us” form in this website.

02. I have comments about the Amadeus Partner Network – how can I share them with Amadeus?

Amadeus is always happy to hear your comments and suggestions. Please do not hesitate to contact us to share with us your thoughts and help us improve our service. You can do it through your Amadeus Local Office or through this website’s “Contact us” form.
